House After Midnight Studio is responsible for information submitted through this website.

This website does not currently accept contact-form submissions. If a contact form is activated in a future controlled release, it may ask for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message so the studio can respond.

Contact information will be used only to manage and reply to the enquiry, meet legal obligations and protect the website from misuse. It will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing without permission.

Information will be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or applicable record-keeping requirements, then deleted or securely disposed of where practical. Reasonable safeguards will be used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Purchases and donations occur on linked third-party services, including Etsy, Payhip and GoFundMe, and are governed by those services’ privacy and checkout terms. This website does not collect card or payment details.

To request access, correction or deletion of contact-form information, or to make a privacy enquiry, email hello@houseaftermidnight.com. Please do not send medical, financial or other sensitive information through any future general contact form.
